HE earned my master's degree in educational leadership from Iowa State University (2014) and holds a BA in psychology and secondary social studies education teaching certification from the University of Iowa (2007). Favorite part of MVP:
The program provides a platform and gives students the opportunity to talk about real world violence based issues that affect our society. MVP provides a structured attempt to educate and empower students with tools to combat life altering situations. It serves as a way to open dialogue on topics that seemed taboo to discuss when I was in high school.
