Ainsley Marburger

Ainsley started her MVP mentoring role during high school at Perry High. During her college years at UNI, Ainsley assisted with Cedar Falls High School and Perry High School's MVP teams, providing training, logistical assistance, technical support, and planning and debriefing lessons with the high school MVP mentors. Ainsley presented with the PATCVP director at a regional social service agency conference on the MVP model in 2022, as well as created a new activity and co-facilitated an MVP training of trainers in fall 2023. Ainsley was the PATCVP intern during the fall 2023 school year where she was the liaison for 7 MVP schools, assisting with technical support, event planning, social media, newsletters and informational materials, curriculum development, and serving as the co-creator of the new MVP Youth Advisory Council. Ainsley became an MVP master trainer in 2023.
